Problem Solved

 It's okay guys! I figured out the problem! 


Okay well I didn't figure out the problem, Alie SUGGESTED that it might be something with the radiators, also that she was surprised the reactor hadn't melted to pieces yet

Turns out in order to generate electricity, the radiators need to have a hot and cold side,  this difference in temperature is part of what generates electricity!
